Reservations and rates for your wedding accommodations

Navigating the journey to your wedding day involves several details, and ensuring your guests have a delightful stay is paramount. But how does Zion Springs tailor this experience uniquely for your big day? Let's dive into the specifics.

As a testament to the allure of Zion Springs, our contractual agreement stipulates that the bride and groom lock in a minimum of 20 'wedding stay' reservations. At a competitive rate of $99 per guest for each evening, the luxury and comfort are exemplary. And here's a sweet deal - if you have little ones tagging along, children aged 12 and under are our esteemed guests at no extra charge!

Are you wondering about the variations in rates across our myriad of rooms? We believe in simplicity and transparency. Hence, our rates remain consistent across all our lodging options. Plus, as a gesture of our appreciation and to make your special day even more memorable, the stay for the bride and groom is on the house!

To simplify the reservation process for your guests, the couple is equipped with a unique reservation link. This digital passkey allows guests to secure their stay with ease and convenience. And while we anticipate joyous celebrations, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, while reservations are paid in full upfront, they are fully refundable in case of unforeseen illnesses.

Wedding lodging amenities and policies

At Zion Springs, we believe that every tiny detail contributes to making your stay an exceptional experience. Our amenities are curated with thoughtfulness, ensuring every guest feels at home while surrounded by comfort.

Connectivity and essentials

In today's digital age, staying connected is crucial. Hence, every room is seamlessly equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can share your joyous moments in real-time or catch up on a bit of work. And for those final touch-ups before the big event, we've got you covered with in-room hair dryers. Of course, plush towels and premium linens are a given, adding that touch of luxury to your stay.

For the little ones

We understand the needs of traveling families. To ensure our youngest guests are comfortable, we offer a Graco port-a-crib upon request.

Lounge and refreshments

After a day of celebrations or exploring, our lounge area beckons, offering a serene space to relax and reminisce. Whether you're craving a cold beverage or a hot cup of coffee, the mini-fridge and Keurig have got you sorted. And for those light hunger pangs, a selection of snacks awaits in both the manor and Green Room.

Check-in and room service

We value your time and have streamlined our check-in process for utmost convenience. The bridal couple can commence their Zion Springs experience from 12 p.m. on Friday for the all-weekend wedding, with their esteemed guests following suit from 3 p.m. As the celebrations conclude, checkout is scheduled for 12 p.m. on Sunday. While we strive to provide an array of services, it's essential to note that room service isn't part of our offerings.

Accessibility and facilities

At Zion Springs, we pride ourselves on being an inclusive venue. We've ensured that major areas, including the main floor of the manor house, barn bedrooms, ceremony site, green room, and the reception barn, are wheelchair accessible, ensuring every guest can partake in the festivities with ease.

A breath of fresh air

We respect the choices of all our guests. For those who enjoy a smoke, we've designated specific areas to ensure you can relax without any hindrance. However, for the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that smoking inside the rooms be avoided.

Wedding transportation and accessibility

Navigating the sprawling beauty of Zion Springs is a delightful stroll through a natural and serene sanctuary.

Bride and her entourage

The heart of Zion Springs, the manor house, often becomes the chosen sanctuary for the bride, her bridesmaids, and immediate family. This iconic structure not only offers breathtaking views but also ensures that the bride's journey to the altar is nothing short of magical. For those who prefer a swift and comfortable ride, our golf carts are at your service, ready to whisk you away to the ceremony site. However, if you're looking to immerse yourself in nature and gather your thoughts, a scenic walk down the hill, surrounded by the serene beauty of Zion Springs, is a beautiful experience.

Groom's domain

Traditionally, the barn venue becomes the rendezvous point for the groom and his groomsmen. Its strategic location, just a stone's throw away from the ceremony site, ensures that the groom and his crew can make their entrance with ease and style.

Guest transportation

While the vast expanse of Zion Springs offers multiple on-site transportation options, we understand the need for connectivity to the outside world. Though we don't provide direct airport transportation, we've ensured that accessibility is never a concern. The bride and groom can conveniently arrange shuttle services from the nearby Leesburg hotels, ensuring guests arriving from distant locations are transported to the venue with comfort and ease.
